Top Left: Completely stopped training after high school + crappy diet 

Top Right: 1-2 hours of cardio a day. Hardly eating due to loss of appetite and because of this I really slowed down my metabolism.

Bottom Left: 60-70 min of cardio every day. Lots of weighted core exercises and a very flexible diet. 

Bottom Right: 30-40 min of HIIT + weight lifting 4-6 times a week + a clean diet. 

Moral of the story: Feed your body the right foods, get your booty into the gym and don’t be afraid of the weight room.
